When Generative AI (GenAI) hit the scene back in November 2022, a lightbulb came on in my head - this was the method I had been looking for to address my obsession with "self-serve" learning. As part of the L&D team at a Big4 consultancy I spent the next 2 years experimenting with AI-powered learning solutions:
